Description

SURFACE PREPARATION:

• The concrete slab should be at least 15 cm thick, the concrete should contain an adequate proportion of cement. It is recommended to add a suitable KONMENT FLOOR HARDNER to improve its properties Level the freshly poured concrete by means of a vibrating beam. As soon as the plasticity permits, smooth the concrete preferably by using a mechanical trowel.

MIXING:

• Konment Block Fix requires 25% of water by weight of material.
• Mix Konment Block Fix to the measured quantity of water using mechanical stirring for 2-3 minutes to ensure a consistency free of lumps.

COVERAGE:

• 0.16-0.23 Kg/Sq.ft./mm
• Thickness of layer: 8-15 mm per coat

SHELF LIFE:

• 6 moriths for sealed pack when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, dampproof condition and protect from extremes of temperature.

CONSUMPTION:

• Average consumption: 3 kg to 6 kg per m2, depend on job requirement.
• Light duty: 3 kg/m2
• Medium duty: 4-5 kg/m2
• Heavy duty: 6 kg/m2

• 40 kg. Bag
