DESCRIPTION:

Konment Micro Concrete is a cement base high performance high early strength precision Grout. It is developed by using Special additives & selected Filler. It is recommended for Grouting with desired strength up to 80 Mpa.

APPLICATION AREA:

Konment Micro Concrete is ideal for grouting of foundation base plates, heavy machinery foundations, micropiles, pile caps, shear wall bond beams, foundation of turbines, compressor, boilers, feed pumps, etc.; anchoring of wide range of fixings, bolts, heavy structural post, etc., manufacturing of high strength pavers and block; repair of concrete paths, RCC surfaces, etc. and precision grouting where it is essential to withstand static & dynamic loads.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Prepare the surface before the application of Konment Micro Concrete by removing oil, bond inhibiting agents, dirt, dust and laitance with suitable methods like by using wire brush, water jetting, mopping, etc.
Properly check reinforcement and other elements to be grouted as per the structural requirements before applying Konment Micro Concrete.
The shuttering has to be leak-proof and without any gaps or loose material to ensure nil leakage while using Konment Micro Concrete.

SHELF LIFE:

6 months for sealed pack when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, dampproof condition and protect from extremes of temperature.
